Taking time to reflect
By prioritizing user-centric design and maintaining ongoing collaboration with clients, we significantly improved Café’s usability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and establishing a robust foundation for future iterations.
Although this project was a huge success thanks to my wonderful collaborative team and the folks at Café, there were some additional deliverables I would have loved to test if we had more time and resources. Specifically, I would have loved to test the actual event creation flow to gain insights into its usability and accessibility.
As always, thank you for sticking with me until the very end of this journey. Until next time!
