Hey! I’m Emmanuel, most people call me Manny. I’m a UX/Product Designer passionate about shaping digital products that make people’s work easier and more meaningful.
With a background in healthcare and an obsession for systems, I bring clarity and structure to complex problems whether it’s building scalable design systems, improving workflows for clinicians, or designing data-driven products that convert.

I design with the whole system in mind. I look at how people, data, and technology fit together, then plan for scale and reuse. I connect design choices to business goals and engineering realities so teams move in the same direction. I aim to leave behind clear frameworks, not just pretty screens.
Data-Informed Design
Shape better experiences through research and insight
I trust my gut, but I prove it with evidence. I run research, test prototypes, and review analytics to spot patterns and reduce bias. I let findings guide what to build next and what to cut. I keep a tight loop from insight to iteration so each release is simpler, faster, and easier to use.
Collaborative Leadership

I lead by setting a clear goal, listening well, and making decisions when it helps the team. I translate across product, engineering, and stakeholders so everyone understands the why behind the work. I remove blockers, share credit, and keep feedback direct and kind. I measure success by outcomes and by how confidently the team ships.
